Shows are Saturday from 4:00 - 5:00 and Sunday from #:00 - 4:00. While you are there visit the vendors, find what you need to be the best that you can be, and give yourself the gift of wellness. Family Drumming Session

- Children, parents, grandparents, and family members from near and far, can experience time together like never before. Join Rhythmic Journey and Essence Yoga as they present Family Rhythm! This is a unique and exciting way to explore music, all through the use of percussion instruments. Drumming is as ancient as the seas and for thousands of years; many cultures have used the drum circle to bring family together to celebrate virtually everything. No experience is needed and all instruments are provided by Rhythmic Journey. The cost is 10$ for one child, $7 each for two children, and $5 each for three or more children. Adults are free, but it is strongly requested that you participate as well. The children will enjoy it that much more. See you then! This program will run for 3 weeks total. Recommended ages 6-10, but if there are siblings younger or older exceptions will be happily made:) Saturdays 12-1:00p.m. pre-registration is recommended March 31, April 7, April 28. (there is no session on April 14th, or 21st)

Yoga and Drumming

- "Embrace the Beat" $20.00 per person This 2 hour Yoga practice lead by Deb Cunha, will be accompanied with live drumming performed by Rhythmic Journey. Allow the beat of the drums to carry you through a 90 minute Vinyasa Flow. Beginning with a seated centering, submerging our hearts with the "heart beat" of the music. The flow will be taken through it's highs and lows with the beat as it's guide...moving, pausing, strengthening, balancing, challenging, listening. The vibrations of the music will take the practioner deeper into their practice. There will be a relaxation and meditation with percussion instruments concluding the vigorous Vinyasa flow. Students are welcome to stay after class ends; share their experience and take a closer look at the instruments.
